30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and parts (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personal care and hygiene products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Digital products or downloadable items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at no additional cost where appropriate.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you may do so within 30 days, provided the item meets the return conditions.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution or payment provider to process the refund after it has been approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
If the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Value Bay will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Value Bay is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
